I grew up with a focus on music and academics and being told that I wasn’t athletic. I always liked physical activities and movement though. It wasn’t until I tried Olympic weightlifting and CrossFit after my third child was born that I really tested my athleticism. I’ve worked hard to gain my physical strength and skills as an athlete, and I’ve worked even harder to overcome my self-doubts. I’m passionate about coaching because I believe most people are more capable than they think they are. I want to be the person that helps you fix your movement to reach a new personal record or encourages you to push beyond your self-doubts. I’ve worked hard and learned so much in my journey to athleticism. I love sharing that knowledge with the athletes that I’m blessed to be able to coach.
