New to CrossFit?

Start here. We'll take care of the rest.

You don't need to be in shape to start. You don't need to know the lifts. You just need to show up once — then again.

How it works

  1. Book a free intro

Pick a time that works for you online.

  2. Meet your coach

Talk through your goals, your history — injuries included — and your schedule.

  3. Start classes, scaled to you

Every workout is adjusted to where you are today. Your coach will help you choose weights and movements.

Your free intro is a full introduction to a coach-led group class and our community — completely tailorable to your fitness level.

“I was scared of CrossFit, too.”

Many of our coaches started exactly where you are.

What to bring

  • Comfortable workout clothes and athletic shoes
  • A water bottle
  • Arrive a few minutes early to check in at the front desk

Who it's for

Everyday people who want a great community to put in the work with — especially adults 35+ who want to stay strong and resilient for decades. Beginners, former athletes, parents and people coming back from injury all start here.

Your only competition is the person in the mirror. Every workout is scaled to you, and you move up to heavier weights and harder movements when you're ready. See all programs.
